  1. Someone has given me 2 video files, vcd format, e.g. cd1 and cd2. What I'm wondering is there anyway to combine these files into 1 large file and burn them onto a dvd?

    Thanks!

  2. Joining AVI files is actually quite an easy thing to do, if you know which software to use.

Use this link to the guide.

VCD mpeg1 files are DVD compliant and can be authored, burned as DVD's and played on DVD players. Here's a guide: https://www.videohelp.com/forum/userguides/159399.php

BTW, I don't think it's necessary to join the mpeg's.

  5. The guides walk your through everything. But let me suggest NOT joining the two MPEGs together (esp if they were encoded at different bitrates). But instead making two titles/videos on them on one DVDR. Lots of people have sync issues when they join MPEGs together.
