    How can I get the properties of a DVD+R that I have. Is there a way I can get all the settings, if it is PAL/NTSA, etc. (all the confusing #'s)

    get bitrate viewer in tools

    load a vob in it and check properties is one method

    or

    play it in powerdvd or windvd and look at properties
