I have a divx file that is 352x288 and I want to make a vcd... do I need to resize it or does TMPGENC do that automatically?? I live in NorthAmerica.
Also where are the exact instructions on using TMPGENC?

No, you have to do it manually. Go to CONFIGURE and select vcd(if that's what you want) and then resize it to 352x240, standard for vcd.

Are you that I HAVE TO do that for the vcd to play, or is it just to make the viewing a more normal size?

Also, where is this CONFIGURE option in TMPGENC? I don't see anything called that...
