all im trying to do is convert my avi to a standard compliant dvd mpeg so i can then multiplex my ac3 file back into it the try to authog it with a program, but i think i lll need a new comp cause the conversion takes about 3 days with tmpgenc.......can any other encoder sdo the same...and if any other can...can someone please give me the link to it...im going crazy trying to do this...it took me a week to figure out besweet..now its gonna take me for ever to figure this out..holla back

Are you doing a straight conversion or are adding filters like deinterlace, etc.

i really dont know what u mean yet, im just closing the project wizard, selecting (es) video only, loading my avi file into their,adjusting a few settings in accordance with this guide.... http://dvd-hq.info/Compression.html .....and thats it...then i have to wait and wait and wait..hola back

how about i just convert to regular dvd with tmpgenc, through the project wizard, then when im done, ill multiplex the ac3 file in...hows that...except, when i do that..will i ave to put in the audio file in the project wizard..holla back
