DVDR/RW Media Compatiblity List. Data Needed

In an effort to decrease my losses due to incompatible media, ive started a media compatibility list for various dvd-r/rw burners on the scene here in the dvdrhelp.com forums

If you have any media compatiblity information for your drive and you would like to share, please post your info here so I can update this list.
Likewise, if your drive type is not seen on the list and you have media information for it, please do the same.

Please provide the following:
1. Drive type (example: DVR-104)
2. Revision or firmware setting (dvr-104 firmware 1.3)
3. Media Brand and place of purchase, including part number (merlitline dvd-pro 102-009)
4. Speeds at which burns were successful (1x, 2x, 4x...)
5. If there was an error, please supply the error message. (2x burn, Sense Key = Meduim Error for example)
6. If you are a Macintosh User, please tell me if your superdrive came preinstalled in your mac, what the SYSTEM PROFILER information for the drive is (found in the DEVICES TAB of SYSTEM PROFILER). If its an aftermarket superdirve installation, follow steps above.

tried follwing media
i wont include suppiers code because im in uk

Ritek g03 - no coasters great stuff 100+ burnt burn at 2x
Ritek g04 - no coasters Great stuff 50+ burnt burn at 2x
Nanya 2x - No costers burn at 1 x 4+ burnt
Optodisc 2x - No coasters burn at 1x 4+ burnt

thats all i have tried hope its some use to ya

QTCCDR generic (white top - ID as TDK)... flawless at 2x
RITEK 4x... flawless at 4x
ACCU (white top - ID as Sony)... flawless at 2x
ACCU (silver top - ID as LD)... will NOT burn correctly

Nice list, but to be really useful you should have the dvdinfo lead in data recorded so people can tell discs apart. Part numbers can change....
