I am having trouble making a DVD following capture. I capture from Camcorder (digital) to my computer. When I burn to DVD or CD the resolution is horrible. What am I doing wrong? Is it my capture or DVD burning?

Not much info for us to go on there MJ.
What format are you saving the capture in, what is the resolution after capture?
What program are you using to convert the file to DVD compliant video/audio?
What program are you authoring the DVD with?--

I am capturing NTSC? It is an AVI file, I convert to MPEG2 using DVD IT, Muvee, Video Wave and Easy CD Creator. Nothing works well. I believe all of these convert and burn the DVD or Cd.

Yep, each one tries to be a "do everything" program and in the end they do not do anything well.
Grab TMPGEnc (free) and DVD-Lab (30 day fully functional).
TMPGEnc is the best convertor I have found.Load your AVI, load the DVD template and save to MPG. There are easy guides here.
Load the video(s) into DVD-Lab, add menus if you wish and burn them.
A quick read of the DVD-Lab "Quick Start Tutorial" will get you on your way.
Hope this helps.--
