Im trying to convert from Xvid to VCD, and i use TMPGEnc and VirtualDub.

First of, i open VD and open file, then i click on Video->Filter->Add->Resize, then i go back and click on Textsub, and i open the sub.
After that i go and click on; File->Start frame server,

Then i Open TMPGEnc, and i click on "Browse"
and i locate the .vdr file. And then PoFF:

File "F:\Filmer\Tears.Of.The.Sun.DVDRip.XVID-ViTE\CD1\vite-tots1.vdr" can not open, or unsupported.

WTF... I have converterad like 10-15 movies like this!! With subs, and i have never seen this...

    Someone plzz help me!!!

Seems to me that you have problems with the frameserving part of Vdub to Tmpgenc. That's not unusual, read the posts of this forum, more people have problems with this, one day it works, the next day it will not.
The solution: use a program that is intended to be used as a frameserver and has the same filtercapabilities as Vdub: avisynth.

  3. try to reinstall the handler in virtualdub.
run "auxsetup" in virtualdub's folder, and choose "install handler".
    i think this will work.
