Problem with ISO -> DVD-R

Hey all, first post...

I have a unique problem here. I took an ISO image (of DieHard2) using dvd-decrypter by accident instead of ripping just the movie itself. Once i had realized this i extracted the ISO and attempted to convert it (full-movie) with dvd2one. It crashed so i tried dvdshrink, it started to work but i got a cell/vob error part of opening the file.

I'm stumped at to my options. If i could somehow rip the movie only out, that would be great.

this should solve your problem...
open up the iso with isobuster and extract the .vob files, then try and convert those..

I've had this problem a few times.

I end up having to run the disc thru dvd decrypter again and somehow its then fine when run through dvd2one/dvdshrink.

I already did extract the iso using isobuster... its putting the vobs through the various programs im having trouble with.

I don't have the discs here (same problem with DieHard3) or else i would just rip them again.... i lent them to a friend (hence ripping them) so i wont have them for a while.

Just mount the image, and run it throught whatever program you have... And by the way... WinRAR is way better at extracting ISOs...

I was deleting some old software last night when i came across Alcohol 120%. Then i thought, "why not mount it and try it again".

Then i come here to post it and someone has posted already!... anyways... yes i do use WinRAR usually, but was trying all my options. I wouldnt say its better, but its shell intergration is convienent.
