Hi all. i burned an .iso image file using magicISO int imation DVD+RW but now when i put it in my dvd player it does not play. But it works in my laptop!! All i see is black page when i press menu i get this word "prohibited" and also i can't forward .... When i play the dvd in my laptop it asks for lunguge and after selecting it plays the dvd just fine but in dvd player i get black screen!!

Probably a TV system problem (PAL/NTSC). Could also be a Region Protection Code issue, but that is more unlikely, as Video DVD distributed as ISO rarely has any region code.

Thanks for your reply . Is there a way to check if the DVD is PAL or NTCS from the iso file?

Not that I know of. But mount it with Daemon Tools, load a VOB into GSpot and check the frame rate. 25 fps=PAL, anything 23.976, 29,???=NTSC
What player(s) have you tried it on?

I would try using Imgburn and burn it to a -R disc. Not all players like RW discs.
