Hi there.
Up untill this day I always capture from the tuner connection from my video, but notice that when I capture the quality is not so good, and sometimes the audio has hisss noises.
I would like to capture from the scart output socket from my video as I think that this should improve the quality.
I tried captureing from the composite lead which was connected to my vcr once, the video appered but the problem is that the composite has to audio leads L & R but I only have one audio input in my sound card so I have to pick either the L or R audio lead.
Is there a way I can capture both L & R composite audio into my sound card or are there composite leads with only one audio out connections?

Hey,
I think you need a adapter wire that has a 3,5mm stereo plug on one end and two rca connectors (R&L) on the other end. The 3,5mm plug connects to the sound card's line-in and the two rca's to your vcr. -
You'll want something like Radio Shack's p/n 274-883:
Radio Shack 274-883.

Thanx for your help, guys.
I guess I'll be needing a adaptor which has 2 audio inputs and 1 audio output.
Since I live in the UK, I'll have to go grab one from one of the electricle shops.
Thanx again, Best Regards.
