I have these 2 avi from Pink Floyd they are HQ, High Resolution, 320KBPS, 2 pass. I want to convert them to SVCD without loosing to much quality. Anybody qualified to help in this work??
Just dont want to loose to much quality doing it!![]()

This really isn't anything "advanced". I'd use TMPGenc and let it sit overnight. The settings in the guide in my sig will help you, though you may want to alter to 2-pass, leave at estimate since their probably isn't much motion, bitrate 2520 MPEG2 480x480 resolution. Let it sit overnight, may take 10 hours or so, but still better than the mosquito noise emitted by CCE. Procoder may be your only other choice, but I'd still suggest TMPGenc Plus for its ease of use.

What do you sugest for the audio?? I usualy take GoldWave is it O"K??
I just want the best for that. I have about 400 movies and this is the nicest i've seen so far
