Can Spirit Not be copied?!?!?

hey there...

I'm trying to convert the movie Spirit from DVD to VCD and I'm getting this error (error code 2) about 1/4 way through encoding with Flaskmpeg. Can it maybe not be done, or am I doing something wrong. I've tried it about 10x already and getting really frustrated.

Spirit, is able to be a ripped and copied for your own use. I just did that movie a couple of days ago and it turned out fine. I got no errors with it. I don't know what programz you are using to do it with, but I used,Smart ripper,dvd2avi and finally tmpgenc to convert to vcd.or in my case vhp which put the movie on one disk.. This movie turned out great. You might be running itnto a bad video block, that isn't able to be read. Sometimes I have that problem. If you use one of the programz I use ,it tells you what the error is on the screen and why. It has been solved by me by using a different copy to start the process with. I am not advocating ripping for anything other than your own personal use though.

use a different ripper. I have backed up this movie with no problem. Clean the DVD. Try DVD2SVCD as it is a one click solution (or try another all in one converter.
