I have ripped a mpg file from a SVCD using ISOBuster. When I try to encode the mpg file in TMPGENC Plus it says the file can't open or unsupported. I am kinda new in this please help.

I think the file is in MPEG-2 format

Install powerdvd and you can open mpeg2 in tmpgenc.
    Or try this method, www.dvdrhelp.com/mpeg2tovcd

You could also try make a svcd with vcd headers, that works on some dvd players that doesn't support svcds, http://www.vcdeasy.org/modules.php?name=_Guides&id=VcdTrick

Try copy the dvd2avi.vfp to the tmpgenc folder.
