  1. can you compress an MPEG ?? I want to make my Mpeg smaller so i could make a Video CD, is it possible..??

  2. You realize that MPEG IS compression. It is compression for an uncompressed source such as an .avi or .wav
    To make an mpeg smaller you must reduce the bitrate.

    if its a compliant mpg in vcd format it should burn to vcd no prob if its not just run it through tempge with a vcd template then burn it. you need a burning program that supports vcd like nero,ez cd creator,sonycd extreme etc
