    Having downloaded a couple of films and then try to drag them across into the window to burn it , i keepm getting amessage about the nero plug in mpeg2 codec . Ihave downloaded this and iam still getting the same message ,anybody help

    For one thing, Don't ever use Nero as an mpeg encoder/SVCD authoring tool. It's a CD/DVD writing utility. Use the right tool for the task, like TMPGEnc/VCDEasy. Then use Nero to burn. If you persist in using Nero to encode/author SVCD - I'd suggest contacting Nero support.
