[b]DVDMEASTRO[/b] Subtitel Problem

I Have got two ntsc DVD's and i have tried to add NL Subtitles, but it's not synchronized.

the movie is 29.976 fps
the sub is 29.976 fps

i have download the sub from http://www.ondertitels.nl/
and have convert it too stl, and import into DVDMeastro.

please help me

Was the subtitles in sync associated to the DivX-movie you converted?

What too did you use to convert to Maestro .stl-format?
