  10. after i search file for freezes, the guide says to open log, how do i do that?
after the search ended, a window opened up to log the freezes, i clicked the ok button, and now don't know how to get to the log ni order to delete the bad frames.

  11. Click on the My Computer icon on your desktop. When the new window pops up click on your C drive. When your C drive opens up look for a notepad that says badframes.log. Open it and you will find a list of your bad frames there.

The log file is at C:\ , the root directory. It's a text file that can be opened with notepad or any word processor. 8)
