Any ideas what might be wrong with this.. I have some footage in MJPEG, captured with DC10+, 720x540 25fps, PAL. When I convert it to MPEG2 with TMPGEnc and burn it to a (x)SVCD it plays back as like it'd gone thru an effect usually called "strobe". I think it's got something to do with interlacing, but haven't been able to get proper settings with TMPGenc.
