    i am capturing with mmc7 useing the huffy codec. excellent quality. encoding with tmpge, video bitrate vbr-2pass average bitrate 2650, max bitrate 2700, minimum bitrate 2400. audio set at 44100, stereo, bitrate 128. burning vcd with nero. vcd files play fine on my pc but on my apex600a the audio plays for 2-5 seconds then makes a split second pause and just continues this cycle. video is perfect and the audio is in line it just has those continuos split second pauses. any suggestions? should i change the audio bitrate? i deleted the original avi files so if i use the already encoded mpeg files and up the bitrate would that matter? thanks......

    Try putting your bitrate as 224.I had a problem with the audio and that sorted it out.

    would it help even if i already have it encoded at 128?
