When the audio\subtitles come up in DVD2ONE there is 2 options in audio AC3 6CH and AC3 2CH i selected them both just to be sure but which one should i have selected
does the first one work without the second
does the second one work without the first
do i need them both
what are they for
what does each one do
any info would be welcome

The first one (6ch) is dolby digital 5.1 and the second one is a dolby 2 channel track. you can just keep one if you want and ditch the other.
the 6ch one is made for people with home cinema setups (rear speakers, sub woofer etc.) and the 2ch for standard TV's. I normally just keep the 6ch as this works on standard TV's and gives superb sound on home cinema systems -
thanks for the reply i have not got a home cinema system but i will keep that one just in case i do
there is no use keeping the other one only to find later if i get a home cinema system that it does not work
