Pinnacle System PCTV Rave ?

I'm thinking of purchasing this card since it's the cheapest
one around and has s-vhs (other choice being Hauppage Wintv Go)

I was wondering if I can get a higher capture resolution than
352 x 288 in a Pinnacle if I use the Btwin drivers ? Since
I read it works for Hauppage's Wintv ..and they are
as far as I know based on the same chipset bt8x8 :S or similar

I have a Pinnacle PCTV Rave and can capture up to 1600 x 1200.

howe did you get resolutions so high on this card?

also, what do you use to get past the 71/36 minute wrap around?

Sorry, that's for still captures. What I mean is, it gives me the option to save at that res, whereas with DScaler, it's only 768 by whatever.
