  1. I'm trying to convert my audio and I get an error saying...

"No audio decompressor could be found to decompress the source audio format"

...when I try to save WAV. I'm sure I'm doing everything right. Full Processing Mode>No Compression (PCM)>Conversion 44100Hz from 48000Hz.

What's the problem? I've done this many times before, but I just formated. Am I missing something?

    One word!

Codecs - have you reinstalled all the ones you need.

  3. I have divx and xvid installed, and what ever codecs come with PowerDVD, same as always.

Don't know what I could be missing.

Use GSPOT (find it in the tools section) to check what codecs are required and if they're installed correctly.

It looks like it's an AC3 soundtrack from the limited info available.
