Problems with Virtualdub

i edited a movie with virtualdub,i added a few filters,but somehow when i view the endproduct i see the filters in the movie,why is this?what happened?i neeed help urgently

the noise reduction an deblocking filters that is built into virtualdub,the movie is a mpeg converted from a vob,orginal source is a vhs tape,i'll make some screenshots,what i meant was the end product almost looks like its got watermarks in
