    I have a avi file of how to lose a guy in 10 days that i want to put on a dvd-rw, besides nero and dvd movie factory what other burning programs can i use to do this?

    Some people use DVDit to author their DVD's.

    Yes, DVDIt! PE or even the older SpruceUp are excellent authoring programs, and offer higher compatibility for playback than most programs. Just make sure you have a DVD-compliant MPEG1 or MPEG2 file. Otherwise, use TMPGEnc to transcode from its current format to the MPEG1 or MPEG2.
