REMPEG2 gives underflow error msg's.

Ok, I have this .M2V-file and its size is about 4.9 GB.

I've used REMPEG2 before without a problem, but with this movie:
When I import the M2V-file in REMPEG2, I get "underflow" messages when I start re-encoding.

I also have CCE installed, but that can't handle M2V-files(?)

Is there a way to re-encode this video file?
(I don't have the original VOB-files anymore)

Any help is welcome,
