Nero Error Msg - 'Prepare Session Failed'

Hi,
Have transfered some TV recordings from my Sony HDD recorder onto a DVD+RW so that I can edit out parts using Nero 7. Nero will import the disk OK, which I can then edit out bits I don't want. When it comes to burning the finished item I keep on getting the following message - 'Unable to prepare data for transcoding: Prepare session failed: Transcoding of videos Failed.'
Have attached the Error Log file if that can help - I do not understand anything on the error log.

Any help would be appreciated,
