    I have a problem. I have a PAL vcr that have NTSC playback. When trying to capure the "converted" NTCS, the picture turns out B/W. I'm using a Pinnacle PCTV card to capture... Is there a way to tweak the card to show the correct video?

    I have VHS/S-VHS and laserdisc player with quasi-PAL 4.43Mhz NTSC color playback only.

    Can someone please tell me if Hauppage Win TV (european version) can capture the color signal and 525-line/60hz frame?
