How do I solve this ????

I have been downloading and burning Divx.avi to CD-RW, everything I seem to be doing is ok so far...... BUT.... when I try and split the film everynow and then I get a box come up with this :

VirtualDub has detected an improper VBR audio encoding in the source AVI file and will rewrite the audio header with standard CBR values during processing for better compatiblity. This may introduce up to 14073 ms of skew from the video stream. If this is unacceptable, decompress the *entire* audio stream to an uncompressed WAV file and compress with a constant bitrate encoder. (bitrate: 129.7 + 12.3 kbps)

Now I have : AVI Audio Compressor Ver 1.4 but what I need to do, I have no idea. I know once the Source File is decompressed it is HUGE, what do I do after I have decompressed ?

Use nandub or virtualdub mp3 to cut divx with vbr audio.

Why not just use Virtual Dub and in audio choose "Full process mode"?
