I've encoded a .ts file into .mkv format . The original audio was MPEG Audio . After encoding resulted a similar MPEG Audio track but out of sync.
I converted MPA into AC3 but same out of sync between sound and image..
How could I solve this issue ???

You didn't answer the question. Is it off by the same amount all the way through (easy to fix) or does it get worse the longer the video plays (much harder to fix)? My guess is that it's off by the same amount all the way through and you just have to delay the audio by the correct amount when muxing (or get rid of the delay entirely using DelayCut).

There are other programs, yes, that can remove delays. If you know the amount of the delay, though, DelayCut can't be beat (as long as the audio is DVD Compliant, which MP2 audio is). Just figure out the amount of the delay, fill in that amount in the Delay->Start box, Process it, and use the 'fixed' audio when muxing.

	That's the problem ( (
I don't know the amount of delay and I don't know how to figure it out

	OK ,many , many thanks...let's see !!!!!

I'll be back with ...good results , I hope
