I wonder if there is a way of capturing everything I do on the screen to a MPEG file (or any other format). I tried to record the composite output from my TV card using a VCR and the results were pretty poor - useless.
I'd like to be able to do it to build a training application with some classes on video files.
There must be a way of capturing without sending the signal to an external device.
Any hints?
Greetings!
Marcos.

I would use the Windows Media Encoder, available for free download at www.microsoft.com/windowsmedia. It will only capture to wmv format however, but I am sure a third party program can convert it to mpeg if you really need that format.
