Buy a DVD recorder. Record what is going IN to your TV...not what is coming out.

We also need to know what kind of recorder you want your video and audio to go to. Right now it seems as though your TV only has component video (red/blue/green) cables along with stereo output (red and white). I also see a VGA out port as well (the large blue port), but that type of recorder is used a little less. So your recording device has to has the exact type of input ports as well.
There are no problems - only chances to excel.

All the TV connections (with possible exception of lower RCA audio pair) are inputs, not outputs.

I'm guessing that those are all inputs not outputs. An old school VCR can capture what you see on your TV screen. If you are trying to get the image that appears on your TV onto your computer the best route might be a Tuner/Capture card for the computer. Otherwise a stand alone recorder (DVD/PVR) might be what you want. It all depends on what you want to do with the recording.

Those all look like input jacks to me. What's the make and model of your TV?

Not to hi-jack this thread, but is there a Tuner Card that you would recommend? I'm running Win 7 Home Premium (64 Bit), Pentium (R)Dual-Core E5700@3.00 GHZ, 4GB RAM, Intel (R) G45/G43 Express Chipset.

Depends on what you want to capture/record. The hauppauge computer cards are still one decent choice. http://www.hauppauge.com/

Or a DVR is another, though they seem to be getting harder to find in the US.

OTA and many cable systems are HD quality, so not so easy to capture. If you have a tuner box for TV or satellite, maybe even harder, depending on the available outputs.

But there are lots of alternative setups out there.

Thanks, I'm going to look into the Hauppage. I do have Directv along with a DVR, not to mention a DVD Recorder, but it's sometimes unreliable. Actually 2 DVD Recorders. Just seems easier to have the capture card.

What part of "THOSE ARE ALL INPUTS" don't you understand? Right above those TV connections(red, yellow and white RCA cables) you are trying to get an output from....it says INPUT.

  17. OK, I understood my mistake, but where I must enter the RCA cables in this part?

You cannot capture from the television. You must capture from the VCR. You have NO video outputs on that TV.

The two red/white RCA connectors on the bottom may be audio out but there is no video out.

  20. Is it possible to catch the video through the VGA or HDMI? If no, so why are this jacks created for?

VGA to video converters usually produce low quality SD video unless you pay for very high end models.

HDMI capture depends on the source. Camcorders will work, tuner boxes and Blu-Ray/DVD players are usually protected by HDCP.

You need to be specific what you want to record.

The VGA port is for connecting a computer's OUTPUT to the TV's INPUT. This would make your TV function like a computer monitor. The HDMI port is for connecting the HDMI OUTPUT of an HDMI device to the TV's INPUT so that you can view the device's output on your TV. These ports only recieve information, they do not transmit full signals out. Your TV is a display - it does not distribute. To capture what is being shown on your TV you need to capture before the signal reaches the TV such as with a computer capture card or PVR. The only way you are going to be able to capture your TV display from the TV is to point a camera at it.

aaxpers; one of the image you uploaded shows icons next to the SCART sockets that usually mean video/audio input AND output is available:

If you want to get video out via a SCART socket, you'll probably need to go into your TV's menu and adjust the Input/Output settings - consult your TV manual if you're unsure how.
    * you might be limited to composite video output (no S-Video or RGB) - but this isn't likely to be a problem for you.

I've tried to catch right from VHS, but the sound was awful, so I'm trying to catch the TV screen
Maybe the sound levels are set too high? Look for audio controls on your computer that can be adjusted. Capturing directly from your VCR is the best way to do it.

If you still want to capture from the back of your TV, you're going to need a SCART to RCA (phono) adapter that's bi-directional (switchable) to be able to connect to your EasyCap device.

EDIT: most of the other sockets on your TV are likely to be input only - check your TV manual for details.
