If anyone knows how to fix this problem please help me as it is driving me mad trying to fix it. The file I have, when played on the computer, it has slight glitches, but will play on. However when I convert it to MPEG (because I can only play Standard Compliant VCD's on my DVD player), it gets to the glitchy part, and then freezes on that frame, yet the audio keeps going until the end of the file which the picture has frozen. When It is burned to VCD, it gets to the first bit that freezes (near the middle of the file) and then stops playing on my dvd player. So I need to find out how to make it so the file can be made so that it is Standard VCD Compliant, without using TMPEG Enc or a similar program, which seems to be fussy with files that are slightly glitchy in some places.

The file information that I can find is:
Video Format: 4CC =mp43 Name: S-Mpeg 4 Version 3
Audio Codec: MPEG Layer-3 Decoder
Stream Type and A/V Interleave: OpenDML AVI

That's all the information I can find on the file that may be of use to someone who knows what the hell there talking about (unlike me).

So if anyone can please help me with this issue it would be appreciated.
