    Is there a problem with running multiple instances of Virtual Dub - Freeze.exe to check more than one movie for bad frames? I'm not concerned with checking the bad frames log.

    Yes, as it makes a log file c:\badframes.log

    But if you are not going to use the log, then no you can run as many as you want.
