    im trying to burn an SVCD
    ive got everything where i want it but when i come to click on "burn", its not there... the write button is in grey and not coloured
    how can i burn ?

    Left-click in the lower left box(where your files to be burned are located).

    Did you drag the file from the right hand side to the left hand side of the screen. Then did Nero analyse the file ?

    If so just click one on the file on the left hand side and bingo this should allow the write icon to be pressed.

    You can also try VCDEasy to burn your MPEG. I know that a lot of people use/trust Nero but in my hands it sucks at SVCDs and DVDs (although newer verisons seemed to have fixed most of the problems).

    Burning SVCD's in NERO is an add-on, which you have to pay for. Check out tir website. This add-on (dll file) can also be found on Kazaa (for free of couse).
