nero problem

when i load nero burning rom and the new compilation window comes up then i click vcd or svcd a window pops up and says the pegasus imagxpress library is not installed. now i dont have the cd i bought it from the site and i dont know the serial # or were to find it so i cant reinstall it... what is that mess i get and how can i fix it? thanks

u should try installing the latest version as that sometimes solves many problems. i've had encountered many problems in the past and for me it seems that nero 5.5.5.1 is my choice. but other people have had success with newer versions, so try to get a newer version of nero and see if that helps. if it doesn't, then it might have a conflict with another burning application that is installed in ur pc. give it a shot and see how that works out
