I have recorded with Cyberlink VCR II 3.0 some 650 Mbytes files (Mpeg2), that I want to Encode (convert) to a format witch is not so big, DivX, SVCD or even just VCD.
The MPEG2 files have the following format:
Cyberlink VCR II 3.0 MPEG-2 "Excellent"
-Video bitrate: 6000
-Frame Rate: 29970 FPS
-Audio bitrate: 224 kbs
-Video Output: 640 x 480
How and program ??

Use TMpeg, It will take a while but it will convert it to Mpeg1. Just load in where it says video and it will automaticall load the audio. Select the template for vcd and encode.
