error 10 on record max now? realy desprate

hi sorry i didnt explain more before i was in a rucsh anyway i recently purchased a sony DWU-10A which seemed like a good buy. Anyway the problem is i keep getting an error message in record max now version 4.5 ''Error10 Sector#(changes)Command2ASense04ASCASC08ASC ''

the spec of the machine is AMD Duran 800mhz
384 ram
20 gig hd
sony DWU-10A writer
softwre is: Record max now 4.5
The machine has been formated and i have only installed record max on and no other software!
i seem to be getting 1 successfull burn then next ends up as a coaster displaying that message they are dvd-r discs ritek trax data 2x (which only writes at 1x) and datawrite 4x now prices of the blanks have gone up and 2 around £1.80 to £2.00 a disc cheapest so there very expensive coaster and im getting desprate after making 20 coasters i think ill b decorating the xmas tree with them this anyways so if any1 has any suggestion is having the same problem help it would be much appreciated

i've never heard about this error before, so if you could post "exactly" what the error says, maybe we can help. Also, what burner do you have, what media are you using, and what speed are you burning at. Also, what are you using to author your DVD's?
