  1. Ok so I have a dazzle hollywood dv bridge (it works fine) that I am using to capture analog into Premiere 6.0 into DV .avi. When I save the file that I just captured I have no problem taking it to TMPGE and turning it into a dvd complient file. The problem that I am running into is when I try and edit the .avi in premiere (after the initial save) and try to save it as a DV .avi complient file. TMPGE won't read it. It just says that the file is unsupported??

I have a bbmpeg encoder plugin in Premiere and have tried to use that to make the dvd complient file which I can but am getting a crappy conversion. I get horz. lines when there is movement? I am trying to play with settings but am not having any luck?

    Any idea would be apprec.

    Thanks!!

Hey! I don't have your exact setup you do but I do edit my DVs in Premiere 6.5. I used to have similar problems. Then, I read this guide. By far the best I have read with regards to this. And the quality is amazing.
