    Can anyone tell me if its possible to burn a DVD type CD-R/CD-RW with out a DVD burner, in other words using a CD Burner.....?

    I hope this makes sense..!

    If it can be read is a completely different matter. Not many stand alones can play MiniDVD (due to the for a CD too high data rate), even if they'll play fine on a computer.
