  1. I have a TV Wonder and I just can't get it to work. It worked fine before, but after i got a new video card and reinstalled windows, it hasn't worked since. The old video card i got rid of, so i can't use that anymore. It was a TNT2, and the new one is a MSI GF4 Ti4200. I can get all the software and drivers installed, but i never get any video play back, all i get is a black screen in the tv player. If i use the tuner, i can change the channels and hear the audio but no vid.

Make sure that you have the latest version of directX installed and then download the latest drivers for the capture card from the manufacturer's website

The software that comes with the card usually comes with a system checker program that will tell you if the card will work with certain video cards (although I don't forsee your new card posing a threat...). The program should be located in your control panel listed as ATI Multimedia Center

    Hope this helps...

  3. Well, the video card fails the test, but only cause its not an ati. it is listed on the ati site as compatible. i also got a warning about the sound card, but i don't think that really comes into play. It did give me a read and write memory bandwith error. I just got some pc2100, and i was running pc133 before, so i think that should have more than enough bandwith. I would call ati, but they have no help number.
