Is there any tool I can use that will down sample a movie to make the file size smaller? I?m trying to make some custom compilations and want to sacrifice a bit of quality in order to fit two (or more) movies on a disk.
I?ve followed the dvd9-dvd5 guides on here and managed to product a working backup of a film, stripping off all the extra, audio tracks and subtitles I don?t need, but need to shrink the file-size further.
What I was wondering was, is there anything I can use to slightly compress them movie to make it smaller?
Thanks
