I got a couple of good quality avi movies but on each one of them there is annoying copyright message that appears every few second. The message is on the movie not on the bottom(black) part of the screen. Clipping the movie won't work because I have to clip a lot. Also removing the frames that have the message makes the movie out of sync, and it doesn't look good because I have to remove I lot of frames.
Do you have any suggestions about how to remove then.

I agree with BJ_M but also will say this
most filters like for virtualdub work on static images like logos. Moving images will leave a blurry streak where the message scrolls, unsatisfactory to most so you'll probably not find anyone willing to put the work into it.Panasonic DMR-ES45VS, keep those discs a burnin' -
