    Is there a forum where allow to record yourself a message, then post a message. There will be a thread, where people can reply via video messages?

    What is the best way to do this? Do I have to be a programmer to do this? or what?

    Please advise.

    Probably embedding Youtube would be the way to go.

    You can pretty much do this out of the box with phpbb3, any forum software that has attachment capabilities really. Taking AlanHK's example phpbb3 allows for custom bbcodes if you wanted to do it with youtube. But you could certainly just use your own server if you wanted to go that route.
