I tried to convert a DV-avi type-1 (edited with ULEAD MS) to DVD mpeg-2 with CCE 2.62.CCE excepted everything and converted my 85 min movie with 2 hours to a video and an audio file.But, the video looked horrible: not only a lot of pixalation (at 6000 KBits/s), even the whole picture was shifted down, thus giveing a very big black border at the top (it was a 16:9 movie) and a very small border at the bottom.And the video was out of sync (as expected).Any idea, how this could happen?
