    can I use smartripper to get the subtitle so when Iam stream procesing the movie it will be rip at the same time with the audio and the video??

    in smartripper you can select the subtitles you want
    when done ripping you get subtitles in a .dat file
    but no subtitle software can recognize the format of this file (!!!) so you cannot use it anywhere !!!

    Get SubRip to extract the subtitles (save as bmp files) from the ripped VOB files. Doom9 has guides on this.
