recently bought philips mx3800d, great sound, but during films get line of pixelation from time to time about 1 cm deep and 8cm wide.
Tried upgrading to latest firmware from philips website, but no joy..
DID however knock out sound in central speakers!!!!!!!!!!!11
Can anyone help?????????????

1 cm deep and 8cm wide doesnt mean much if you were showing that on a 20foot screen but on a 8" monitor would be pretty bad.
films means what ? purchased dvd? svcd ? vcd ? dvd-r ?
if its on dvd you purchased or rented i would return it and get another dvd player .. -
Its on 28" widescreen Tv and it is on most dvd disks played, also it was bought Player

Took it back and got LX3000d instead..........no problems with this one.
