  1. i tried to convret a m2v to mpeg using tmpgenc but it says 4 s packets cause buffer underflow. what does that mean? and how can i fix it? or is there another software that wont give me this problem?

    If you re-multiplex with bbMPEG, you won't get any buffer over/underflow errors at all. It's in the Tools Section.

    he not talking about multiplexing buffer problems but VBV buffer problems and most likly it is a problem with the source files ..

    bbmpeg will not help you ..

    oh -- you said converting first , not multiplexing ..

    yes - try bbmpeg for that ... there is a guide for it here

  7. sorry i meant multiplexing when i said converting. can tmpgenc convert? i thought that was the only way to make it to mpeg 1

  8. i tried to add the m2v file on bbmpeg, but it keeps bringing up some error. i cant read the error because it goes away really fast
