When I capture using the Huffy or JMPEG codecs in VirtualDub, I get to the 4 GB mark, and I get that error. I am trying to capture more than 4GB, that is why I select the "allow multisegment capture"
I have ATI AiW 7500, Win98SE w/ FAT32...
Anybody have any ideas?

You need to setup the 'Spill System".
After you select the 'Enable Multisegment Capture' option go to the 'Capture drives.." setting and select 'Add spill drive'.
Select the 'path' value on the newly created entry and set it to your capture drive.
Set the value of 'Try not to create AVI files larger than' to something less than 4gb.
Your capture should now create multiple files within the 4gb limit.
