    hey ive been able to convert most of the divx .avi movies have but im having a problem with a few that only the audio will convert but no video..???

    I just upgraded to windows XP, and now when I run TMPGEnc it outputs a black screen only. The output files (MPEG) have good audio but no picture.
    Please help I have been going crazy trying to get back up!
