MKaiser's Guide To High-Res MPEG1-Stills With Audio v1.0
-------------------------------------------------------
This guide will teach how to make high resolution images
(stills) encoded in MPEG with an audio (sound) track for
use in a VCD.
This MPEG file will only have 1 frame (which is the
picture) in its video stream and will have the soundtrack
in its audio stream (a track as long as you like!!)
I came up with this method after trying a lot of
different ways (some which came from this website) and
specially after burning so many VCD's on my CD-RW disc!!
Before you proceed, you should know that I have tested
this method on my PC and on my Toshiba SD-2800 DVD Player.
And it works great... But I suggest using a CD-RW Disc to
burn this VCD. Just so you can test if these MPEG-Stills
work on your DVD/VCD Player.
